• Lead end-to-end product design for mission-critical federal digital products from discovery to
• Create wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals addressing complex user and
• Translate data-heavy workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences and ensure alignment with
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, usability testing, and discovery activities to
• Simplify complex workflows with strong interaction design, IA, navigation, and visual hierarchy.
• Develop reusable design patterns and a design system to ensure consistency across products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in UX/UI/product design or related discipline.
• Consulting experience in client-facing environments with senior stakeholders.
• Proven design experience for U.S. Federal Government agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design across complex digital products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
