• Senior UX Designer for Rubrik’s Bangalore site with 5+ years experience.
• Join a design team of ~60 globally, including a Bangalore centre, focused on enterprise design and
• Drive design process from user flows to pixel-perfect visuals and system components.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver compelling UX.
• Contribute to evolving design language and design system; ensure accurate implementations with UI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on design experience.
• Bachelor’s in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.); Master’s in CS or HCI preferred.
• Strong portfolio in interaction and visual design with idea generation.
• Excellent presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to listen and iterate.
