📋 Description

• Execute high-quality design across growth scope from onboarding to paywall
• Collaborate with Principal Designer on Growth to shape what’s built
• Lead experimentation with rigor; frame hypotheses and interpret results
• Design toward measurable outcomes that move core metrics
• Work with Marketing, PMs, engineers and data scientists
• Contribute to the design system and AI-native workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with growth/retention focus
• Strong portfolio showing refined execution
• Experience using AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude)
• Fluency in experimentation and A/B testing
• Funnel thinking and metric-driven design decisions
• Collaborative with PMs and engineers; clear design rationale
