Senior Product Designer (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven digital products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research; translate findings into design decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, visual assets, and prototypes of varying fidelity.
• Validate solutions through research and testing; iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to design system evolution and ensure consistency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio in complex, workflow-oriented software.
• Strong experience in B2B products or similar complex domains.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and strong English for internal collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Experience with Product Management and Engineering throughout the lifecycle.
