Own end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven products
Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and stakeholders
Conduct qualitative & quantitative research and turn findings into design decisions
Create wireframes, flows, visual assets, and prototypes
Validate solutions via research and testing
Iterate to improve user experiences and product quality

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in designing digital products
Strong B2B product experience
Fluent German and strong English skills
Advanced Figma skills and design systems experience
Proven UX research ability (qual/quant)
Experience with cross-functional teams throughout full lifecycle
