Senior Product Designer (Priv Controls)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for the PAM product: privileged account/credential vaulting, access approval
• Analyze feedback from security/IT/infrastructure users and iterate on design concepts for PAM
• Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs for developer/engineering execution.
• Design and prototype security-centric solutions across PAM web app, admin console, and integrations
• Conduct and moderate feedback sessions with technical, security-focused audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to drive UX improvements and evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate designs via sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Expertise with Figma and design/dev tools (e.g., Adobe XD, GitHub, AI tools)
• Experience in planning and executing comprehensive user research and testing cycles
• Knowledge of front-end engineering practices and system design
• Strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and effective communication
