Senior Product Designer (R4854)

📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Human Machine Interface (HMI) Designer to join our team developing
• This role bridges responsive user interfaces with robust backend systems for real-time
• Design end-to-end HMI systems for UAV ground control station displays and translate complex
• Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Apply human factors engineering to optimize usability, workload, and situational awareness; design
• Conduct usability testing, simulations, and iterative design validation; maintain a design system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or
• 5+ years designing HMI/UX for aerospace, defense, or related applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems).
• Strong understanding of human factors, cognitive workload, situational awareness, and real-time
• Experience with cross-disciplinary engineering teams and complex problem spaces.
• Preferred: interfaces for aircraft cockpits or unmanned systems, multi-screen/haptic interfaces
