• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong React and TypeScript ownership
• Backend experience with Python, Go, Java/Kotlin, .NET, Node.js/TS, or Ruby
• Experience launching products/features in startup/scale-up
• Frontend, backend, distributed systems, microservices
• Production ops: monitoring, alerting, reliability, on-call
