Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and prioritization for a core product area, spanning
• Improve applicant- and business-facing workflows by reducing friction, simplifying experiences, and
• Translate customer needs, business priorities, data, and market insights into clear product
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define solutions, evaluate trade-offs, address edge
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, property management stakeholders, and external
• Establish and monitor meaningful product metrics, owning outcomes and using data to guide decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional product management experience with a track record of launching and
• Experience on applicant-facing, consumer-facing, self-service, or customer-facing products in
• Strong product strategy and design judgment with intuitive, low-friction UX.
• Data-driven, customer-centric approach to turn ambiguous problems into opportunities and solutions.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams without
• Ability to manage complex priorities, trade-offs, and own product outcomes beyond feature delivery.
