📋 Description

• Own and grow Affirm’s partner portfolio and platform integrations
• Define and drive a durable Partner Acceleration Strategy
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback
• Prioritize features to improve merchant, partner, and customer experience
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure impact

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping multiple technical software products
• Comfort discussing technical details with engineers and data insights with analysts
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for complex orgs
• Bias for action and ability to turn ambiguity into action
• External-facing product development experience with partners
• Bonus: fintech, lending, ecommerce, BNPL experience
