📋 Description

• Own the customer experience end to end, from lead and pipeline management to performance tracking
• Design for a genuinely multi sided user base. Serve customers, internal teams, and our own teams
• Turn customer pain into product decisions by speaking with customers across markets and shaping a
• Drive company wide visibility and growth with real-time, trustworthy business performance data by
• Use AI as a default tool (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) for discovery, prototyping, PRD creation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to B2B partner ecosystems or enterprise SaaS.
• Comfort navigating complexity: multiple user types, markets, and stakeholders with one coherent
• Ability to influence through clarity and trust, translating customer conversations into a
• Strong analytical instincts and a builder mindset; prefer shipping a prototype over slides.
• Collaborative operator who raises the performance of those around them.
