📋 Description

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define vision and roadmap for exchange features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, compliance.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Research crypto trends and user feedback to optimize UX.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage requirements, PRDs, wireframes, testing, launch.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze metrics to improve retention and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product management
• Proven PM in cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
• Strong analytics, problem solving, blockchain knowledge
• Stakeholder management in agile environments
• Nice to Have: AI tools experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
• Nice to Have: Data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL)
• Nice to Have: Growth startup experience or scaling from 0 to 1
