• Define and champion product vision and strategy for the Covenants squad with engineering, legal
• Synthesize insights from SMEs, interviews, feedback, and data to articulate root causes and drive
• Identify user needs across credit analysts, portfolio managers, and law firms; translate into
• Set outcomes, prioritise initiatives, and track impact with metrics and model evaluation standards.
• Communicate strategy and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders; influence

🎯 Requirements

• Legal or financial markets background or product experience for this audience.
• Strategic thinker able to define strategy from scratch and navigate ambiguity.
• Collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management and empathetic leadership style.
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLMs; able to evaluate AI outputs in production and ensure quality.
• AI-native approach: comfortable with generative AI tools and automation to accelerate product work.
