Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end from strategy to post-launch optimization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, data, design, onboarding, and support.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and evaluate tradeoffs for scalability.
• Monitor performance, oversee QA, and remove roadblocks impacting growth and retention.
• Collaborate with clinics and pet parents to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead complex initiatives and ensure on-time delivery with measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to define strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, and ship scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills; define KPIs and use data to inform prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence senior stakeholders.
• Customer-obsessed with ability to translate insights into product improvements.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system design considerations.
