Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive execution of Compass AI roadmap with the VP of Product.
• Identify AI use cases across advising, enrollment, financial aid, and student wellbeing.
• Shape autonomous workflows, including multi-agent coordination and advisor copilots.
• Surface findings and recommendations to leadership to inform decisions quickly.
• Partner with engineering and design to translate strategy into epics and user stories.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Direct experience with AI/ML products, including LLM-powered tools, or autonomous agents.
• Track record of executing within a defined strategy; able to take direction and move things forward.
• Experience in or adjacent to higher education, edtech, or student success platforms is a plus.
• Deep fluency in the AI landscape; track model developments, tooling, agent frameworks, and competitive dynamics.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI workflow design, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
