Partner with engineering and design to deliver with quality
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery
Identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes across delivery
Use data and feedback to improve the product

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product management or ownership
Experience in Higher Education: Colleague ERP, SIS, LMS
Strong Agile delivery and product ownership knowledge
Experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
Experience with clients or external stakeholders
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro; AI tool usage (Claude)
