📋 Description

• Roadmap features to improve core KPIs for the game
• Translate strategy into goals and monitor results via KPIs
• Co-develop in-app feature strategies to boost engagement
• Collaborate on engaging features, mechanics, and play modalities
• Identify optimizations to maximize player experience and business
• Analyze monetization trends and advise on adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in math, statistics, finance, economics or related
• 5+ years in product mgmt, game systems design, or data analytics
• Quantitative analysis with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Understanding of F2P and subscription models
