Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own PLG and expansion roadmap for in-app value and self-serve upgrades
• Elevate UI/UX across DISCO Platform for a polished, intuitive experience
• Partner on design quality to guide UI/UX craft across customer journeys
• Engage customers via interviews and usability sessions; translate insights into prioritized product
• Mine usage and funnel data to identify growth opportunities
• Build business cases (ROI/TCO) for procurement and exec stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management with PLG or self-serve growth experience
• Strong product and UX craft; translate design into a cohesive brand asset
• Customer-first mindset with ability to turn feedback into prioritized solutions
• Fluency in data and experimentation; design experiments and analyze funnels
• Experience with AI tooling for research and rapid prototyping
• Storytelling and stakeholder communication to ROI/TCO narratives
