📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product experience for organization profiles and related products.
• Drive data-focused initiatives to improve data quality, utility, and impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams.
• Build solutions to improve representation for underserved segments.
• Lead customer discovery to translate insights into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Define requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional product management in network-oriented products.
• Proven track record launching 0-to-1 products and scaling existing ones.
• Hands-on, pragmatic product builder with experimentation focus.
• Experience with rapid experimentation and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate needs into strategy.
• Data- and outcome-driven mindset with metric-based decision making.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual compensation $120,000–$165,000, location-adjusted.
