Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Shape product direction for an agentic AI orchestration platform for government and security
• Lead customer discovery, market research, and rapid experiments to refine the backlog and roadmap.
• Translate requirements into clear priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional partners to deliver AI
• Drive prototypes and experiments to test ideas and inform strategy.
• Engage leadership and customers to communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience partnering with data scientists to incorporate AI into products.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI and related tech (LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP, A2A
• Strong PM practices across discovery and delivery: backlog, roadmap, user stories, experimentation
• Experience working with Scrum, Kanban, or agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
• Customer orientation and ability to advocate for user needs and outcomes.
• Experience delivering products for complex environments; ability to collaborate with leadership
