Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, prioritization for core area
• Improve applicant- and business-facing workflows, reduce friction
• Translate needs into opportunities, requirements, solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to deliver quality experiences
• Cross-functional alignment with CS, Sales, Marketing, partners
• Establish and monitor product metrics; drive outcomes and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years PM experience with measurable impact
• Experience with applicant-facing or consumer products in complex domains
• Strong strategy and UX judgment; low-friction experiences
• Data-driven, customer-centric problem solving
• Technical fluency; can collaborate with engineering and data science
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
