📋 Description

• Own high-leverage product surfaces driving customer reach and trust.
• Lead two teams: LLM-driven consumer conversations and outbound communications systems.
• Report to Founder/CEO; help scale from a single product to multiple products.
• Own product strategy, experiments, and systems to empower fast, data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate to balance legal, ethical, and financial constraints while innovating.
• Participate in building a high-impact team culture and in-person collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager.
• Humbleness to move fast while maintaining high standards.
• Ability to reason from data and design experiments to isolate causes.
• Experience pushing LLM tooling into product work.
• End-to-end product strategy and impact ownership.
• Comfort building 0 to 1 products and working across multiple teams.
