Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality

📋 Description

• Own the ads quality product vision and roadmap (auctions, signals, ranking)
• Drive faster experimentation for ads quality with rigorous testing
• Collaborate with ML/ads engineers to translate ML outputs into requirements and measures
• Define and track ads quality metrics balancing advertiser, shopper, and marketplace health
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and data

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of PM in online advertising/ad tech with auction mechanics or ad quality signals
• 2+ years with ML teams on ML-driven products; discuss model design/evaluation
• Proven track record defining/executing roadmaps in data-rich, cross-functional teams
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs applied to ads or ranking
• Experience with ads ML models in production, including relevance scoring
