Senior Product Manager, Ads - Shopping Catalogs

📋 Description

• Cut onboarding friction for Shopping @ Reddit; shrink onboarding time via better error handling and
• Ship catalog innovations: AI-powered enrichment, catalog overlays, and PKG insights for advertisers.
• Own the Catalogs & Applied PKG vision; define 1–3 year strategy and four pillars across ROAS
• Unlock demand with multi-region catalogs, currency, and Shopify integration for SMB channels.
• Build the Universal Catalog and PKG interface in collaboration with ACU and Ads teams.
• Define and own success metrics; create dashboards and cadence for goal-setting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management; 3+ years in AdTech/retail media or shopping platforms.
• Commerce/product knowledge graphs, entity resolution, or taxonomy work at scale.
• AI fluency; experience using AI for data analysis and automation in products.
• Domain depth in shopping data systems; familiarity with product feeds and catalog tooling.
• Ability to scope MVPs, ship iteratively, and operate running production systems.
• Cross-functional leadership across 3+ teams; strong communication with execs.
