Senior Product Manager, Advertising & Publisher Monetization

📋 Description

• Define and manage the advertising product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that increase
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to optimize ad placements, layouts, refresh strategies, lazy
• Partner with engineering teams to implement advertising technologies and support new monetization
• Work with analytics, SEO, marketing, and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities and monitor
• Analyze KPI metrics such as RPM, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, revenue per session, Core Web
• Lead A/B testing programs to evaluate advertising layouts, page templates, navigation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or ownership experience in digital publishing, advertising tech
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, publisher monetization strategies, and
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, SSPs, exchanges, or similar monetization tech.
• Proficiency with analytics/experimentation platforms such as GA4, Domo, Looker, VWO, Optimizely, or
• Strong knowledge of RPM, eCPM, fill rate, viewability, latency, CTR, and revenue per session.
