Senior Product Manager, Advertising & Publisher Monetization

📋 Description

• Own the advertising monetization strategy across multiple digital properties
• Define and manage the advertising product roadmap to boost monetization while preserving user
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to optimize placements, layouts, and monetization opportunities
• Partner with engineering to implement ad tech and new monetization capabilities
• Work with analytics, SEO, marketing, and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze RPM, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, revenue per session, Core Web Vitals, and user

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management within digital publishing, advertising tech, e-commerce, or consumer
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems and monetization strategies
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding solutions, SSPs, exchanges
• Proficiency with analytics/experimentation tools such as GA4, Looker, and Optimizely
• Strong knowledge of RPM, eCPM, fill rate, viewability, latency, CTR, revenue per session
