Senior Product Manager, Advertising & Publisher Monetization

📋 Description

• Own the advertising monetization strategy across multiple digital properties.
• Define and manage the ad product roadmap to maximize monetization and user experience.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to optimize placements, layouts, and formats.
• Partner with engineering to implement advertising tech and monetization capabilities.
• Work with analytics, SEO, marketing, and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing programs and monitor advertising performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management within digital publishing, advertising tech, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ad ecosystems and monetization strategies.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, SSPs, and exchanges.
• Proficiency with analytics/experiment platforms (GA4, Looker, Optimizely, etc.).
• Knowledge of metrics like RPM, eCPM, fill rate, viewability, CTR, revenue per session.
