Senior Product Manager, AI

📋 Description

• Drive vision and strategy for Outreach AI Platform powering workflows.
• Define and prioritize the platform roadmap for AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design to deliver AI components.
• Drive feature development from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance on pricing and monetization.
• Establish and track metrics for platform performance and business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience launching AI or Data products with LLM capabilities or agentic workflows.
• Strong technical fluency: model integration, context orchestration, embeddings, prompt design, guardrails, evaluation frameworks.
• Proven ability to partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to productionize models.
• AI governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI for enterprise.
• GTM-focused product experience (Sales/Marketing/CS); Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
