Own AI product strategy across document intelligence, workflow automation, and data-driven
Lead AI engineers and data engineers, setting direction and removing blockers.
Integrate AI capabilities into the POS for borrowers and loan officers.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to align AI with the product surface.
Evaluate vendors and models, balance cost and build vs. buy decisions.
Define feature intake, prioritization, and delivery sequencing.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product management, 3+ years in AI/ML in production.
Proven track record shipping AI-powered features end-to-end.
Experience mentoring AI/data engineers and working with ML teams.
Strong technical fluency: read APIs, evaluate model outputs with engineers.
Data engineering fluency: pipelines, schemas, data quality, infra dependencies.
Experience with LLM-based systems, prompt design, RAG, document intelligence.
