📋 Description

• Drive AI product execution: Translate emerging market trends in identity, security, and AI into well-scoped features and product improvements, in partnership with senior product leadership.
• Bridge startup speed with enterprise-grade thinking: Ship innovative features fast, while ensuring products meet real-world customer requirements at scale.
• Partner deeply across the org: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver on the roadmap.
• Drive outcomes: Own individual product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact tied to adoption and user success.
• Support discovery: Conduct research with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate real-world pain points and opportunities for AI-driven identity security.
• Contribute to thought leadership: Support external storytelling — customer conversations, case studies, and occasional analyst or conference engagement — to help showcase our innovation story.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product mgmt (AI/ML, cybersecurity).
• IAM, PAM, and IGA domain expertise.
• AI/ML concepts: LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, A2A.
• Discuss tradeoffs with engineering; ensure robust requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX.
• Security and privacy best practices for enterprise AI.
