Senior Product Manager, APIs

📋 Description

• Own API-focused product area end to end: strategy, roadmaps, adoption, and impact.
• Partner with Engineering Leads on architecture and technical direction.
• Prototype and validate ideas with hands-on experimentation.
• Design and maintain API contracts, versioning, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes post-launch to sustain value.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Product Manager in high-growth, B2B or complex tech.
• Strong technical depth; comfortable with APIs and system design.
• Hands-on with Cursor and/or Claude Code to build or prototype.
• Experience owning API-first products and developer UX.
• Experience with payroll/HR/fintech workflows is valuable.
• Excellent communication across engineering, ops, sales, and biz.
