Senior Product Manager, APIs

📋 Description

• Own API-focused product area end to end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Staff Engineers on architecture and implementation decisions.
• Prototype with hands-on experimentation to validate assumptions and resolve questions.
• Design and maintain API products: contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, and developer
• Work with payroll, tax, operations, and other teams to translate complex requirements into scalable
• Monitor adoption and outcomes post-launch to ensure ongoing value.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Senior Product Manager in high-growth, B2B or complex tech platforms.
• Strong technical depth; comfortable with APIs, system design, and architecture trade-offs.
• Hands-on proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code for prototyping and shipping code.
• Experience owning API-first products and developer experience.
• Experience in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar complex domains is valuable.
• Strong strategic/tactical judgment and ability to prioritize with scope discipline.
