Senior Product Manager, Auth0 Platform Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Define the Platform Vision: Own the roadmap and strategic direction for core infra components.
• Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: Cloud architecture, Geo HA, AWS PrivateLink
• Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: Lead infra strategy for MCP enablement and secure M2M/agent
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and GTM to deliver
• Master Rate Limiting & Scale: Design multi-dimensional rate-limiting for massive bursts and AI
• Champion Compliance & Security: Align features with security frameworks and security-by-design

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, esp. backend/infrastructure at an enterprise SaaS
• Domain Expertise: Distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• AI & Developer Tooling Savvy: Familiarity with MCP, agentic workflows, secure M2M or
• Technical Fluency: Ability to work with data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), API gateways
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven PM with metrics and SLA tracking experience.
• Customer Focus & Leadership: Translate infra capabilities into customer value; influence
