🎯 Requirements

7+ years in digital products, AI solutions, with full lifecycle ownership.
Extensive customer-facing experience; lead discovery and engage senior stakeholders.
Hands-on design or improvement of Generative AI, conversational AI, or AI Agent products.
Experience designing AI Agent use cases with goals, workflows, context, and tools.
Define and evaluate AI product quality across accuracy, reliability, adoption, value.
Proven cross-functional leadership with Product and Engineering teams.
