Senior Product Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Define and own benefits infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Lead integrations with carriers, TPAs, platforms, brokers, and HR systems.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Oversee migrations and data flows between HR systems and payroll.
• Establish testing, reconciliation, validation, and go-live processes.
• Build provider-agnostic benefits experiences across environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Manager with complex third-party integrations (API/EDI).
• Strong product strategy and ability to translate tech/operational challenges into roadmaps.
• Provider-agnostic mindset; experience with brokers, carriers, HRIS, external providers.
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code; ability to prototype and ship code/tools.
• Fluency in data-mapping, synchronization, reconciliation, and collaboration with engineers.
• Ability to design for humans and systems (APIs, integrations, tooling).
