Senior Product Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Senior product leadership role focused on benefits infrastructure and integrations
• Own near-term and long-term roadmap for benefits data, cost ingestion, and carrier/partner
• Collaborate across Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance
• Lead cross-functional integration delivery from design to go-live
• Drive data integrity and compliance monitoring for benefits across 90+ countries
• Shape APIs and agent-facing tooling for non-human consumers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven PM experience owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based)
• Provider-agnostic mindset: ingest customer reality and future needs (broker, carrier, HRIS)
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; able to build, debug, and ship prototypes
• Ability to design systems with APIs; justify features by impact on pay runs and compliance
• Strong judgement for strategic vs. tactical decisions under deadline pressure
• Excellent async written communication across multiple teams
