Senior Product Manager, Benefits

📋 Description

• Senior PM for benefits infrastructure focusing on global, provider-agnostic administration
• Own integrations with carriers, brokers, HR systems, and payroll connectivity
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization
• Manage migration to unified benefits data, compliance, and data integrity across sources
• Collaborate with Engineering, Payroll Ops, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal/Compliance in
• Prototype and problem-solve with AI coding tools to support benefits tech evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience with complex third-party integrations (API/EDI)
• Strong product strategy with ability to translate tech/ops challenges into roadmaps
• Provider-agnostic mindset; experience with brokers, carriers, HRIS, external providers
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code; able to build/debug prototypes
• Fluent in data-mapping, synchronization, reconciliation; work with engineers on idempotency
• Ability to design for humans and systems, APIs and agent-facing tooling
