📋 Description

• Own benefits infrastructure strategy and roadmap
• Lead carrier/integration roadmap with HR systems
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch
• Oversee migrations and payroll integrations
• Build testing, reconciliation, and go-live processes
• Ensure consistent benefits experiences across providers

🎯 Requirements

• PM with complex third-party integrations (API/EDI)
• Strong product strategy translating tech/ops into roadmaps
• Provider-agnostic design across ecosystems
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code
• Fluent in data-mapping, synchronization, reconciliation
• Design for APIs, integrations, and tooling
