• Senior PM for Capital Management building infrastructure for capital flows
• Own capital calls, distributions, treasury workflows, and accounting integrations
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer success
• Drive a scalable, audit-ready product used by fund managers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, fintech/private markets or back-office ops
• Experience with data-intensive, compliant/audit-driven product areas
• Proven ability to operate in complex financial domains
• Strong strategic thinking; translate vision into actionable plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication; facilitation skills
• Data-informed mindset; define and measure product success
