📋 Description

• Own scheduling and lab experience end to end in core clinical ops platform.
• Scale workforce planning tools for care team capacity.
• Design and launch AI-powered scheduling, lab turnaround, staffing features.
• Establish AI feature development practices (prompting, versioning, evals).
• Translate stakeholder insights into detailed specs and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams through lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management in healthcare tech or ops platforms.
• Shipping AI/ML-powered products with measurable impact (LLMs, RAG, personalization).
• Experience with operational/care-team workflows (scheduling, staffing, logistics).
• Ability to build complex workflows and integrate AI in regulated environments.
• Strong quantitative skills; model-driven demand/capacity optimization.
• Understand clinical ops and multidisciplinary care workflows.
