Define outcome metrics: merchant activation, campaign performance, revenue, retention
Design mobile-first, vernacular-friendly agent experiences with strong UX
Collaborate with engineering and data science on architecture tradeoffs
Run experiments to prove agent-driven lift vs self-managed baselines
Scale pilots to long-tail customers with sales, ops and support

🎯 Requirements

4 to 6 years PM experience, strong B2C focus
Data-driven: analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, CleverTap), SQL, experiments
Hands-on with AI-native/agentic products; prompt design and evals a plus
Comfort with ambiguity; bias for shipping and learning weekly
