Senior Product Manager – Database Change Governance, Security & Ecosystem Integrations (Remote, US-Based)

📋 Description

• Define Liquibase's leadership in database change governance across apps and pipelines.
• Lead ecosystem integrations with CI/CD, source control, and deployment tools.
• Develop policy content and compliance capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with customers, security, engineering, and sales to define capabilities.
• Translate strategy into clear outcomes, epics, stories, and release plans.
• Partner with engineering, design, PM, Marketing, and leadership to deliver value.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise product management experience.
• Proven discovery-to-launch track record.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, platform infra, or data platforms.
• Translate complex security and compliance requirements into product capabilities.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience using AI to improve PM workflows.
