Senior Product Manager, DeFi

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for DeepBook DeFi products.
• Lead product lines from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Define and track metrics: liquidity depth, routed volume, active users.
• Translate user and market needs into clear engineering requirements.
• Partner with BD, ecosystem, marketing, and legal to bring products to market.
• Build relationships with DeFi protocols, market makers, wallets, and institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, crypto/DeFi/fintech.
• Strong technical background; work with engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of DeFi: liquidity, market structure, yield.
• Fluency in DeFi; communicate with customers, partners, internal teams.
• Strong analytical instincts; dashboards, experiments, operating rhythms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; turn ambiguity into strategy.
