Senior Product Manager, Enterprise & Deployments

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Advance authentication primitives, admin surfaces, and deployment footprint.
• Lead enterprise security features beyond table stakes (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, PrivateLink).
• Manage the transition from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments.
• Define where we deploy next considering data residency and cloud parity.
• Own the front door: login, sign-up, and account discovery at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in identity, access, security, or infra.
• Direct experience with authentication/authorization (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployments and migrations.
• Strong technical foundation to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Comfort presenting to enterprise security teams; excellent written comms.
• Ability to operate asynchronously on a distributed team.
