Senior Product Manager, Expansion

📋 Description

• Own customer expansion at Apollo by driving in-product experiences that convert usage into revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering squads on monetization workflows.
• Partner with Activation, Free-to-Paid, and Pricing & Packaging teams for cohesive experiences.
• Turn new seats, add-ons, and plan upsells into measurable growth signals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong ownership, clarity in ambiguity, and outcomes-focused mindset.
• Proven track record in unlocking revenue and driving monetization.
• Product judgment, domain empathy, and ability to influence without authority.
• AI-native mindset; experience prototyping with tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience with PLG, billing, or expansion surface domains is a plus.
