Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own KIP end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, partner integrations, user cabinet, cross-product ecosystem.
• Set team goals, KPIs, and OKRs aligned with the ecosystem strategy.
• Own P&L as the ecosystem evolves; design cross-product use cases and partner attribution.
• Manage partner relations; coordinate timelines, resolve conflicts, protect partner P&L.
• Drive architecture discussions with partners and internal teams; defend and adjust integration model.
• Develop buy-in for product strategy at C-level and for partner leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management; proven metrics-driven success from ideation to scale.
• Experience with platform/identity/payments products; identity (SSO/IdP) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect; defend architectural choices with evidence.
• Proficient with API design, system integration, architecture trade-offs; explain to non-tech stakeholders.
• Results-driven; focus on outcomes over process.
• Proactive; drive ideas to outcomes and unblock decisions.
