📋 Description

• Own Name Screening & Payment Screening product area across onboarding, monitoring and
• Define strategy and create an actionable roadmap aligned with domain goals and company direction.
• Lead vendor integrations, list sources, and risk-based alerting; optimise fuzziness and screening
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering and Data to implement AI-driven improvements and model
• Support regulatory reviews and audits with strong product narratives.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in fintech/payments/regulatory environments.
• 2+ years working on screening products with knowledge of sanctions, watchlists, and matching
• Experience with third-party screening vendors and vendor evaluations/integrations.
• Analytical thinker with ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Nice to have: Engineering-related degree; experience building B2B/B2B2C platforms.
