Senior Product Manager - Futures & Options (F&O) / Derivatives

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end F&O product lifecycle: futures, options, and related tools
• Define vision, roadmap, and strategy with regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and marketing to launch features
• Conduct market research and trader behavior analysis to identify opportunities
• Deliver low-latency, reliable order placement and execution experiences
• Stay updated on SEBI, NSE, BSE regulations and margin requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years overall product experience
• 1+ years in F&O/Derivatives or related field
• Understand derivatives lifecycle, margins, RMS, settlement, compliance
• Experience with digital trading or capital market platforms
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
