Senior Product Manager - Global Sponsor Bank Enablement

📋 Description

• Contribute to the product strategy for Form3's global sponsor bank proposition.
• Own the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities.
• Design reusable sponsor bank engagement and onboarding models for expansion across jurisdictions.
• Build relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.
• Translate sponsor bank, regulatory and payment scheme requirements into clear product capabilities.
• Analyse domestic and international payment flows to identify opportunities for product innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Product Management experience within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems, including sponsor banking
• Experience leading end-to-end Product Management, including strategy, roadmap ownership and product
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting partnership models or business cases.
