Experience managing a hardware product across full lifecycle.
Experience balancing shipping hardware with iteration cycles.
Strong analytical skills using fleet/telemetry data to drive decisions.
Experience evaluating new technologies and building business cases for adoption or avoidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication translating technical insights to business impact.
Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and prioritize velocity over perfection.
